Hypnosis is Self Hypnosis - Phone Hypnosis YES!
You
can enter the state of hypnosis by going to a hypnotists office,
by listening to self hypnosis recordings, I teach people to
enter the state by themselves using the "light switch"
technique, and you can go into hypnosis with the use of
phone
hypnosis.
The
advantage of in person or phone sessions is the fact that the
hypnotist can communicate directly with you. He or she can work
on the "fly" employing tried and true techniques and therapies
to help you. The live hypnotist may also bump into things that
need attention. Many people tell us that they actually
prefer
phone hypnosis as apposed to going to someone's office because it
is
more relaxing and comfortable for them. |
